Fairy Dancing by Scottish Lion

Here is the "Garden Fairy" or angel in her new garden . The owner of this sculpture has placed her in a newly created garden spot . She is the center of the garden with tall grasses and hellebores gracing her feet.
There are tall oaks and pines towering much higher than this 10 foot tall piece. She is etched and painted a green patina . The ball of stars is what she is dancing on and she has a hoop that she is jumping through. Planted in the ground on a stand with handforged scrolls and feet . The stand is four sharpened points pushed into the ground to make it self leveling. Sculpture created by "Scottish Lion " Andrew Leck

Wrought iron thumb latch and keeper by Scottish Lion

Colonial thumb latch and keeper by Andrew Leck, Scottish Lion. This is a spade end thumb latch that is 13 inches from tip to tip , made for a large door it has all the working iron works to be mounted in a wood door. The latch on one side of the door then the other side has the scroll end bar to be lifted to also open the door from the other side. Just as the colonial hardware was made the ends of the staples were pounded in like a nail and then cinched over to hold in place. Other styles can be made . Call 207 563-5788 and talk to Andy or Phyllis .

Fall gate and garden sculptures by Scottish Lion

Andy has been busy creating custom water fowl gate . It swings apart in the center. Next is what I call " Chicken Hearted" garden vane.
The last is a Bell for the garden that can be driven into the ground . It is easy top move and has a wonderful low tone ring.
